At Spartan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
