&Tradition HM8 Tripod Floor Lamp
The Tripod design (1953) reflects the clean minimalism of Old Masters Hvidt & Mølgaard. A floor lamp built from powder coated steel and aluminum with lacquered brass details, it strikes a delicate balance between the stark simplicity of its design and the softness injected by the curved edges of its base. Although it was designed in 1953, this is the first time it’s ever been in production.
Floor lamp with foot switch on cord. Provides direct downward illumination.
The shade is spun from a single piece of aluminum. The base is made from bent steel tubes and welded together. The lamp is lacquered in a satin matte finish. The shade is movable - it tilts on a horizontal axis.
Powdercoated aluminum shade and steel base, lacquered brass details, 6' 6" fabric cord with inline on/off foot switch.
24.8" deep by 18.5" wide footprint, 52.8" tall, 11lbs.
E26 socket; max 60 watt or 12 watt CFL; A19 shape.
